| Professional domestic cleaning at times to suit you, available on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. The cleaning includes all general and a thorough clean of everything or whatever you need - in your home. All floor surfaces - carpets, rugs, floors. Upholstery, mattresses, sofas, hard surfaces - tables, chairs, washable walls, skirting boards, appliances, cupboards, drawers, sinks, baths etc. The minimum of cleaning hours on a daily, weekly basis is 3 hours per visit and 4 hours for fortnightly, monthly cleanings. |

| Why not add to your regular cleaning service our ironing service too! Or just simply take the ironing service on it’s own. Our ironing services include: ironing clothes and bedlinens (approx 9 men`s shirts or 5 double size bed sheets per hour), starch, sort clothes, hang, fold and put away. If you take the ironing service on it`s own then we require a minimum of 3 hours per visit. Please note that all ironing is carried out by us at your home and you must provide your own materials and equipment. |

| Our one off/spring cleaning service is suitable for all customers who do not require cleaning on regular basis or may want to try us out before signing up for a regular cleanings. Apart from the cleaning we can help you with ironing as well. Our one-off/spring cleaning services includes the same duties and tasks of regular cleaning

Our after party cleaning service includes: dish and glass washing, dusting and polishing furniture and all surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and toilet facilities, vacuuming carpets, washing floors, mopping, rubbish removal etc. We require minimum of 4 hours per after party cleaning visit. |

- Move In/Move Out Cleaning

| Needing to have your old home cleaned before moving out, or your new home cleaned before moving in? Let us do it for you! We will handle all of the deep cleaning tasks that needs to be done to make your home shine. We are also happy to help you with packing and unpacking your clothes, utensils etc. Please note our move in/out cleaning does not include outside window cleaning, professional carpet and upholstery cleaning.

| Prices for our Pre/End of Tenancy Cleaning Service, including cleaning materials, equipment, and a team of cleaners are subject to site inspection and a free no obligation quotation.

| If you prefer to supply your own cleaning materials and equipment, (vacuum cleaner, bucket, mop, ladder, surface cleaners, cloths etc), our hourly pre/end of tenancy cleaning service rate is £13 per hour per cleaner.

| Property sizes vary but as a rough guide a one bedroom property requires approximately 8 man hours for a pre/end of tenancy clean; a two bedroom property requires 9 man hours; a three bedroom property requires 10 man hours; and four bedroom property requires 12 man hours for a pre/end of tenancy clean.

The customer is advised that a one off/spring cleaning, a after party cleaning and
a move in/out cleaning may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning.
Post Party Cleaning or Badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer
than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning.
All prices include top of the range eco-friendly cleaning products.
Parking fee charges may apply.
